Marechal Electric Decontactor™

The Deconator™ from Marechal Electric is a plug with an integrated switch. The Deconator™ is a comprehensive range covering all needs of industrial electrical connections. From 16 A to 400 A, there are several options for electrical installation. Therefore, there is no requirement for connecting the socket with a switch. Comes in three ranges:

  • DSN (20-63A, IP66/IP67/IP69): Marechal Electric's range of Decontactor™ with integrated switch, highly compact and waterproof plugs and socket-outlets covering all needs of industrial electrical connections. From 20 A to 63 A, it offers many options for electrical installation (boxes, sleeves, handles).
  • DS (30-400A, Poly/Metal): Marechal Electric's electrical plugs and socket-outlets Decontactor™ sized from 30 A to 400 A. The DS range with integrated switch is the widest and most comprehensive Decontactor™ range. Both sockets and inlets are available in metal version from 90 A rating. It offers numerous mounting options (boxes, handles and sleeves).
  • DSHT (400°C): Power connectors suitable for environments where the operating temperature can reach 400°C. The DS HT electrical connectors ensure excellent connection quality. Very robust, they also withstand corrosion.
 

Marechal Electric Multi-contact Connectors

The Marechal® multi-contact connectors from 5 A to 30 A allow the simultaneous transmission of power, low-level signals and data transmission (connection of phone lines, control of overhead crane, etc.). The silver-nickel alloy used for butt contacts ensures optimum conductivity and high durability (several thousand maneuvers) whilst conforming to electrical standards. The enclosure of the connectors in GRP or metal ensures a very high resistance to the most extreme conditions of use. Comes in four ranges:

  • PN (7-12 Contacts): Marechal Electric's range of GRP or metal 16 or 25A multicontact connectors are compact and robust. Covers all industrial electrical installations with relaying information. Waterproof and resistant to high temperatures, it offers from 2 to 5 coding positions and locking options.
  • DN (9-20 Contacts): Marechal Electric's compact and robust metal 25 or 30 A multi-contact connectors, covering all industrial electrical installations with power and transmission of information. Waterproof and resistant to shocks and high temperatures, they offer from 2 to 4 coding positions and locking options.
  • DSN (24-37 Contacts): GRP 16 A multicontact connectors, compact covering all industrial electrical installations with transmission of information. Waterproof and resistant to shocks and high temperatures, they offer 1 or 3 coding positions and locking options.
  • DS7C3 (50A, 7 Contacts): Load break capability of the Marechal Electric Deconator™. Upto 50A. Rated IP55. Ambient temperature ranges between -40 °C to +60 °C
 

Marechal Electric Industrial Plugs and Socket-outlets

The Marechal® industrial plugs and socket-outlets cover all industrial electrical installations, even under the most extreme conditions. From 16 A to 600 A, these connectors are waterproof, robust with a long life span. They guarantee the electrical safety of the users and the durability of the equipment. Comes in two ranges:

  • PN (16-30A, Poly/Metal): Marechal Electric's PN industrial plug and socket offer similar benefits to the DECONTACTOR™: automatically watertight, dual voltage, resistance to corrosion and reliability of the connection thanks to MARECHAL®’s butt-contact technology. In addition, it is very compact.
  • PF (UP TO 600 A/1000 V): Marechal Electric's PF series are heavy duty waterproof plugs and sockets for connection of large equipment and generators. Areas of application may be in quarries, power supply of tunnel boring machines, harbor equipment or boats, urban equipment, etc. Specifications:
    • Available in 315A/ 400A/ 500A/ 600A
    • High-current plugs & sockets up to 600A/ 1000V
    • Automatic IP 66/ IP67 water and dust tight
    • Mechanical and electrical interlocking
    • Up to 2 auxiliary and 2 pilot contacts
 

Marechal Electric Decontactor™ DSN Range

The Marechal® DSN range of Decontactor™ with integrated switch, highly compact and waterproof plugs and socket-outlets covers all needs of industrial electrical connections. From 20A to 63A, it offers many options for electrical installation (boxes, sleeves, handles). Plug and socket-outlet with incorporated breaking capacity AC-22 / AC-23, IP66/IP67/IP69k without additional operation, safety shutter (socket IP4X/IPXXD) silver contacts and metallic braid, comply with MARECHAL® international standard. Main features include:

  • Available in 20A/ 32A/63A - 1000 VAC
  • Automatic IP66/IP67/IP69 water- and dust-tight sealing
  • IK08: Impact-resistant GRP UL 94 casing resistant to chemical agents
  • AC-22 and AC-23 breaking capacity (IEC 60947-3)
  • Undetectable spring-loaded terminals
  • Safety shutter prevents unwanted access to contacts
  • Up to 4 auxiliaries/pilotes
  • Mechanical lock/ padlock/ LOTO.
